Entries are shown by default in Surname,Firstname order but entries can be re-ordered to reflect an organisations hierarchy. A snynopisis of each entry ( and an optional thumbnail image ) is shown on the 'index' page with a link to display the full details and any accompanying pictures. New entries( including photographs ) can be added via the CMS .
